How long does delivery take?
About 8 days to most U.S. addresses, including processing time. International runs 9 to 14 days.
Why 8 days and not 2?
Our products ship from our supplier network rather than a domestic warehouse. That keeps prices down. It also means we are slower than Amazon, and we would rather tell you that up front than have you find out after you order.
Is shipping free?
It is $8.00 flat within the U.S., and free on orders over $75.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will get a tracking link by email within 1 to 2 business days of ordering.
What if my pet does not like it?
Email us within 30 days and we will refund you. Cats in particular have opinions, and we are not going to argue with yours.
Is the rolling ball loud?
No. It makes a soft bird chirp on the interactive setting, which you can turn off. It also shuts itself down after a period of inactivity and wakes on touch.
Will the automatic feeder work without wifi?
The base model runs on a timer with no app needed. The wifi versions add phone control and a camera, but the scheduling works either way.
Do you take returns on grooming tools?
Only if unused, for hygiene reasons. Defective items are always replaced.
