30 days, no interrogation
If you are not happy with something, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will sort out a refund or replacement. You do not have to explain yourself.
Damaged or wrong item
Send a photo to support@swiftshopventures.com with your order number. We will replace it or refund you, and you will not need to ship the original back.
Changed your mind
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Return shipping is on you unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
What we cannot take back
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used grooming tools, opened ear cleaner, or wipes once the seal is broken. If one of these arrives defective, we will still replace it.
How long refunds take
Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
