How long it takes
Most orders reach U.S. addresses in about 8 days from the day you order. That includes processing. We are not going to promise two-day delivery we cannot keep.

Tracking
You will get a tracking number by email once your order leaves the warehouse, usually within 1 to 2 business days of ordering. If a week passes with no tracking email, check your spam folder and then write to us.
Where we ship
United States and international. International delivery times run slightly longer, typically 9 to 14 days.
If something goes wrong
Packages get lost. If yours has not moved in 10 days, email support@swiftshopventures.com with your order number and we will chase it or replace it.
